Well Tuesday Night ain't Sunday Morning, but here's this week's commentary all the same. Note that there are pretty big spoilers in this episode, so if you don't wanna be spoiled we recommend the episode without the commentary, then with the commentary.

This week's episode
I'm going out of town for a few days so expect our commentary on Sunday morning.
Also, since feedburner doesn't have a way to separate the mp3 from the ogg we'll be delivering in mp3 only for the forseeable future. I like free formats as much as the next guy, but blame iTunes for being popular and not playing ogg.

Commentary for s04e06 The Other Woman (mp3)
Since iTunes doesn't play with ogg, I uploaded an mp3 version today. enjoy.

About this Podcast
Polar Bears with Daddy Issues is your LOST audio commentary podcast. Each week soon after the new episode of LOST we'll produce an audio file with semi-serious commentary that is meant to be played along with the episode a la RiffTrax or the commentary on your average DVD.
How does this work?
1. Record this weeks LOST
2. Download this weeks podcast (or subscribe to the feed and it will be downloaded automatically to your podcast receiver of choice)
3. "Queue up" the LOST episode by pausing it at the very beginning.
4. Hit play on whatever device is playing the podcast. Wait for us to introduce ourselves
5. When we say to start the episode, do so. Adjust volume as necessary, sit back and enjoy.
About Spoilers: Since each podcast is associated with a particular episode of LOST, our policy is to spoil the current episode but no future episodes. In other words, if you are concerned about spoilers, watch the episode without the podcast and then watch it with the podcast. Anything that we say about what might happen in future episodes is to be taken as pure speculation.
About Sync: The podcast will sync up best to the version released by EZTV, but it will most likely work well with the DVD or your home-recorded episodes (as long as you are skipping the commercials). You will also hear the show faintly in the background while we are not talking, which will aid in the audio sync process.
